Virtual MAT Teams

This webinar provides AFSCME members with essential tools to build and strengthen your Member Action Team (MAT) including remote strategies for crisis response during COVID-19 and beyond. Participants will identify the functions and value of a MAT network, gain tools to identify and recruit members and activate your MAT structure, as well as access up-to-date COVID-19 resources to share with members.
