The Current State of the Lawsuit:
We want you to stay informed about the progress of this crucial legal battle. Here are some key highlights:
Litigation is ongoing, with Judge Eric Dahlin presiding over the consolidated class actions.
The State of Oregon has filed a motion to change the venue to Marion County, and Judge Dahlin will hold a hearing on this motion on November 14.
⚖️ The deadline for the class certification motion is set for late 2024. This means that the upcoming months will be focused on the discovery phase, including document exchange and depositions.
Mark your calendars: The trial is scheduled for April 2025.
While a case can settle at any time, based on these dates, we think that significant developments may take some time.
Moving Forward in the Grievance Process
In March 2023, we filed a grievance with the State of Oregon that is currently in arbitration. We aactively working to pursue a settlement for our pending grievance. This strategic move will pave the way for us to push the state to implement fixes to Workday more quickly. Keep an eye out for emails from us regarding updates on the grievance. We will also keep this page updated with any new developments.
