The LGBTQ+ Caucus was created for LGBTQ+ AFSCME members to promote equal rights, fight against discriminatory practices by employers or in the workplace, eliminate hate-motivated violence, and the improved health and well-being for all regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity and expression.
