The Annual Council 75 Financial Standards Workshop, conducted by an auditor from our International Union. All Council 75 officers authorized to sign checks, and trustees, are required to attend this training once during their term(s) of office. Per Council Policy, all local officers are also encouraged to attend this Financial Standards Workshop relative to the requirements of the AFSCME International Financial Standards Code.
